Before reading this book, laging 'sisi' mode ako sa sitwasyon. But Stephen Covey taught me about the Circle of Influence. Now, instead of complaining about the traffic or the economy, I focus on what I can control. It changed my mindset completely—mas confident at empowered na ako sa life choices ko.

I used to be busy all the time pero walang progress. Habit 3 was a total eye-opener! Natuto akong mag-prioritize ng 'Important, Not Urgent.' Hindi na ako laging sunog sa pagod or stressed sa deadlines. I now have more quality time for my family while still being productive at work. Super worth it!

Ang laki ng tulong nito sa relationships ko, both sa office at sa bahay. Dati, gusto ko ako lagi ang tama. But now, I practice 'Seek first to understand.' By listening with empathy and aiming for Win-Win, mas naging smooth ang samahan namin. It’s not just a book; it’s a guide to living better with others.
